Foot sealing machine (Step sealer machine) is operated by foot. According to material and thickness of packaging bags, there are two kinds of Foot sealing machine (Step sealer machine): Impulse Foot sealing machine and constant heat Foot sealing machine.

※ Kinds of Foot sealing machine (Step sealer machine)：
For different material of package bags:
- Impulse Foot sealing machine: it is suitable for plastic bags (such as the material of PE, PP, PET..)
and Alum. flat bags.
- Double-side heating impulse Foot sealing machine: it could be chosen single side heating or double
side heating. It is suitable for plastic bags (single side sealing) and gusset bags (double side
heating).
- Constant heat Foot sealing machine: it is suitable for Alum. bags, Alum. gusset bags, vacuum bags
and sterilization bags.

Length of sealing line: 30cm, 45cm, and 60cm Foot sealing machine.
Width of sealing line: 0.8mm, 2.7mm, 5mm and 10mm.

Length of sealing line: 75cm, 90cm, 100cm and 120cm Foot sealing machine.
Width of sealing line: 0.8mm, 2.7mm, 5mm and 10mm.
- Side sealing Foot sealing machine
Length of sealing line: 30cm Foot sealing machine.
Width of sealing line: 2.7mm and 5mm.
- Double-side heating impulse Foot sealing machine
Length of sealing line: 30cm, 45cm, 60cm and 75cm Foot sealing machine.
Width of sealing line: 5mm and 10mm.
- Constant heat Foot sealing machine
Length of sealing line: 22cm, 25cm, 30cm and 45cm Foot sealing machine.
Width of sealing line: 10mm and 15mm.

- Date coder: Printing the date on the bags when sealing.
- Thermal baffle: it is for constant heat Foot sealing machine to prevent the users touching the high

※ Consumptive parts of impulse Foot sealing machine (Step sealer machine) :
- Heating element: If impulse Foot sealing machine can’t seal the bags, please check the heating
element first. If the heating element is broken, it must be changed.
- Teflon cloth/Teflon tape: please pay attention to the Teflon cloth or Teflon tape after using the
impulse Foot sealing machine. If Teflon cloth or Teflon tape is black or broken, it must be changed.
